DELIVERY, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Delivery Details
Standard Delivery - £4.50
Standard Delivery is sent within 2-3 working days within England, Wales or Scotland, from date of dispatch.
Next Day Delivery (UK) - £5.99 Next Day Delivery is sent via DPD or Royal Mail and is guaranteed next working day providing your order was made prior to 3pm the previous day and will require a signature on the receiving end. Next day delivery does not include weekend delivery or anything ordered after 3pm on Thursday. Europe - £10.00 For countries inside the European Union. Maximum 6 day Delivery service. Rest of World - £15.00 For all countries outside the European Union. Maximum 10 day Delivery service. All International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For service, taking a maximum of 10 days to arrive and will require a signature at the receiving end.
General Returns Policy
If you are returning an item for a refund we can only accept items returned within 14 days from the date you received your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However if you are returning an item to exchange it, then items must be returned within 30 days from the date you received your order. Items returned outside of these periods may be refunded or exchanged at our discretion but please email us first for confirmation.
If you return an item for a refund outside of the 14 day return period and within the 30 day exchange period you will have the choice to exchange your item or be issued with store credit for the value of the returned items. We will only cover the cost of return postage if your item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong item by mistake.
If you are returning items from 2 or more separate orders please include the individual returns slips for each order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please be very careful when trying on products to not leave any marks or stains or damage the items in any way as this could void the chance of a return or refund.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please note that if you return any items outside of the 14 day return period for a refund or the 30 day exchange period when you have not been advised by Elysian London then you will forget your item and we will not be able to return it to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@elysianlondon.co.uk and send your item to: Gill Barn, Cowling, Lane House Road, Keighley, BD22 0LX, United Kingdom.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
